if only we are always that pure and innocent like when we are young...then there would be no war, hatred and all the negative things in life
Yeah, little kids just care about the simple things in life. Care-free and naive. And then they grow up, and are faced with the harsh reality that the world in which they live in is not what they thought it would be, that there is no happy ever ending as in Disney movies, that ppl are selfish, that the driving factor in society is money, success, and power. Which is true, at least more often than not. And then they conform, at least so they won't get behind. They lose their innocence to go with the flow, and forget that we should be helping each other instead...
Oh well, it's really sad that the society in which we live in, is becoming increasing violent, selfish, and carnal, and i guess we should do whatever we can to stem this flow, however small the gesture.
